why am i not getting my beans?

I'm not getting my beans when I pass a level or if I go back and get extra stars on a level. Please fix

Hi Larissa! Please check the Internet connection of your mobile device. If you are on WiFi then please try 3G/4G. Also make sure you have the latest version of the game. You can check that by going to iTunes or Google Play. Cheers :-)

I updated the game and still don't have my beans. I only have 45 and I should have a lot more. Please help
