why do i not have access to certain animals

Im at level 127 but im not getting access to all the animals from previous levels. Im only getting messages say i must complete levels i have already completed. This is frustrating. How do I get the game to give me access to those animals from levels I've already completed?

Hi LibbyLynn! Think you need to complete certain levels with 3 stars in order to unlock all animals. Please check one of the levels required if you have 3 stars.
