I have an internet connection but im unable to make a purchase or use gold bars already purchased.

I already have gold bars but cannot use them to buy lives as game states no connection. Internet connection is working fine.

    Hi Hazelo!

    Please try switching from WiFi to 3G/4G to see if that will solve the Internet connection.
