Can I get credit for a game completed after it freezes?

I had cleared level 401 and was going in to hero mode when the game froze.  It never gave me credit and am stuck on that level.  It's aggravating because I will loose more magic beans.

Try disabling any plugins and extensions in your browser. Also check what other programs you have running in the background while playing the game. I can also recommend that you use Google Chrome as it seems to run really well with Flash based games like Candy Crush.
