Twice this evening the game has loaded fine. I get to the level I'm playing, choosing my booster, but when I clicked play, the dog isn't even moving and it just freezes saying loading. I can go to my email tab or facebook tab and the system is moving properly and fine. I have no choice but to reload the game but naturally each time it takes my life away. Once last time I go clear out and reload the game. Green bar, loads fine, click play and the screen goes black. I had just gotten lives from friends and now they are gone without being able to play. This is a game technical problem and would like to know if my lives can be given back. Thank you!

I don't think its the game as there are no issues with mine right now, its loading fine. I find that if a Flash based game isn't loading properly then it's generally an issue with Flash or something in the browser.
Have you tried another browser, made sure there are no issues with your current one. Try and check if there are no issues with Flash as well. This should set you on the right path.
