Twice in a row, I tried to play level 498 using the Swan/Igniter companion. Not only did I lose 2 lives but also 2x90 beans because the level never loaded fully

    Hi Olivia, 

    Clear cache on your PC. Do a restart. Try to use another browser. In general I like to use Google Chrome for my games. Close other tabs and programs before playing. If this happened in Chrome, then try Mozilla.
