Clicked on something I shouldn't have & now game will only load frame

When asking for friend request, I tried to get out of it & clicked on something thinking it would work & obviously I was so wrong

Unfortunatley not, I have tried everything suggested, gone to you tube followed everything there, still unable to load

I still am unable to access the game. What I did is when it brings up the box that says ask friends, I clicked on something & it brought up another menu & I stupidly clicked on something thinking it would get rid of that box so it wouldn't come up again
