Farm Heroes Saga Not Accepting Friend Requests

I am on level 707 and until recently all friend requests for help worked. I then found 1 request didn't work and this has been increasing for last few days and now I don't appear to be able to help anyone. Is this a bug in an update or am I doing something wrong. I recently paid for gold so not happy

Game froze after I won a level
I was playing Farm Heroes Saga and finally won level 1534. But then the screen froze up as it was going through the scoring sequence. I exited the game, cleared my cache and reloaded. Now it's not recognizing my win and wants me to play the level I just won! See screenshots below.
