why am i being cheated of rewards

Why everytime i play a reward game or a level with prize boxes on Farm Heroes Saga am i not being rewarded with the prizes even after completing successfully. I have started all my family and friends playing the game but am so over it and ready to tell them all to uninstall this game and any associated with it. Especially after writing and not getting reaults.

Sorry but over it. Just not fair. Once twice ok, things can go wrong. But everytime?
