I've lost all progress on Farm Heroes Saga

I play FHS on my kindle fire, and I was past level 1000, and suddenly I'm back at the beginning.  I don't know how to restore my game.  I've looked at the other questions here, but they seem to apply to playing on the computer.  Any help would be appreciated since this is my favorite game!  Thanks.

Thanks so much for your answer, that what I did but I did not hear back from the customer care yet, nor the problem solved. I am very disappointed and I am about to delete this game. I waited for a while to get a positive answer and solve this problem but it looks like they sleep in the cave.

It could just be they have been away for the Christmas break @Soso, have you got a ticket number? It will have been sent to your email then I can see if one of the team can chase it up for you

Thanks to @Chicken_Slayer 's heads-up I reached out and checked with our Player Support Team. They are currently dealing with many other players that also need support so please have some patience when reaching out to them. However, I've gone myself and changed that for you, so you should be back now past level 580 as you mention.

Please make sure you are always well connected to Facebook or the Kingdom to prevent these things from happening.

Out of anger i uninstalled the farm heroes game . I was on 1500 + level . I want my game back with me on the same level I left . Is it possible to do that . Please help me fast . Please please .

Welcome to the community @bush don't panic!
Firstly, were you connected to either Facebook or the Kingdom while you were playing? If so, you just need to reconnect to whichever and progress will reappear. Your gold and beans will too, but unfortunately not boosters unless they were paid for as they are saved on the game device.

How to get your level and progress back — King Community

Towards the bottom you will see a contact link, you can email the team, selecting level progress which will get you to the correct department and they will be able to restore it for you. You might have a day or two to wait as they have been busy with some company stuff, but they will get to you. IF they send you an automatic email, redirecting you back here, just reply back to that email with the information and they will see it. You should get a ticket number in any case by email
