Screen going black

Screen keeps going black. Even when I've won a game that has taken me weeks to pass it doesn't register.

If these troubleshooting steps don't resolve this issue for you, then please specify the model number of your iOS device.

Be aware that it should be one of the following devices. If not, then this behavior is to be considered normal as older iOS devices aren't supported any longer.

For iOS, we only offer support for iOS version 6.0 or later on the following models:

- iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPhone 5s, iPhone 6 and later models

- iPad 3 and later models

- iPad Mini 2nd generation and later

- iPod Touch 4th generation and later

We do not support jailbroken iOS devices.
