Farm heroes - 60 levels lost after switching from King account to Facebook

I play Farm heroes on an iPhone SE under iOS 10. I had been saving my progression using a King account and reached level 198. I switched to Facebook and all progress was lost. Following all the advice I have found on this site I did disconnect my account, uninstalled the game and when installing it again and loging into my Facebook account I found myself at level 136! I tried coming back to my king account but even there I have lost my progress and I am at level 136. 

How can this be fixed?
