how do i get my levels back

was asked to login to facebook  and when i did lost all my levels gone back to level one didnt use email address to set up

I have this exact same question. I haven't received an answer from you in my message box on the game. I was so so high up in Soda and crush. HOW DO I GET MY LEVELS BACK?
