If i didnt buy games and it says i did what do i do about it?

The app said I purchased something and it charged my husbands bank. I did not purchase nothing. What do I do to clear this matter up?

You'd need to either contact the store or the app developer themselves, there should be a point of contact in a receipt you should of received. If you didn't get one you should probably check your Google Play account directly for it.
