I bought a new tablet and lost everything but my progress. This happened on all my King games plus I no longer get to spin the wheel every 24 hours in Candy Crush? Is there anyway to get anything back?

You need to log back in again, either via Facebook or your email, however you did before. Then once you do, all will be back. You will have lost any saved boosters though as they are saved to the device you have earned/bought them on.
