some time ago i unknowingly created a second facebook account.

i have been on facebook since 2009 ish.. i have been playing a couple games most of that time. one is candy crush. i was on level 1300 something and when this second account was created it sent me back to level 1. i have it fixed on my computer but it is still shadowing on my iphone. how can you fix this on my phone? when i open the game i see King open and then it's like an echo of a second one opens on top of it. very frustrating because i can't see,my friends that play nor can i send/receive requests. this also has happened with candy crush soda saga and Farm Heroes.

Hi maliabalexander1- Welcome to King Care. If you are playing on an iOS device, please could you try these steps?
-Delete the Facebook app and the game app on your device again
-Close all tabs in Safari and clear the browser cache by going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
-Turn off the device and wait about 30 seconds to clear the cache
-Turn on the device again and download the game again from App Store (but not the Facebook app)
-Open Safari and log in to the correct Facebook account through the browser
-Open the game and reconnect it to correct Facebook account.

i haven't stopped playing but my progress started over and i can't play with any of my facebook friends. that's the most frustrating part. can on of the developers get rid of the gane that is overshadowing the original one i began in 2010?Not quite sure whats happening, I will pass this onto a King moderator
I know sometimes I get that on pc, but not enough to stop me playing. Its usually just the ending part.
