everytime i want to pay it says transaction is halted. Why am I not able to purchase with my legitimate debit/credit card?

Please start by checking the Purchase FAQ on King.com: https://king.com/faq/Purchases
King.com currently accepts VISA and MasterCard so please make sure your card is compatible.
If you prefer then it's also possible to use PayPal or PaySafe Card on King.com
