I did NOT hit claim reward when i won 6 hr unlimited lives But the counter started & i couldnt use

I did NOT hit claim reward when I won 6 hr unlimited lives! But the counter started & I couldn't use ANY because I couldn't play anymore at that time. I did leave that screen up on my laptop so when I came back i could play those hours. I was playing Candy Crush Soda Saga

The game should NOT automatically start the timer until you hit "claim reward"
