lost progress

Hello,

I have written before but only got an email with a link to your online blog.

My mother plays most of your games (candy crush saga, papa pear saga, farm heroes). Recently, her facebook account got hacked and she lost all her progress and is devastated. Is there any way to retrieve her accounts?
