Stupid question about booster recharge

I don't get it, please enlighten: boosters recharge over time. So I get a new one automatically after a while, right? But what do the multiplier numbers next to the booster mean?

    Thank you for posting this here on King Care. I think your question is a good question.

    It takes 24 hours for the booster to recharge on the Farm. The multiplier numbers refer to the extra points you can get by using the related booster.
