What level on Farm Heroes Saga first activates the egg cracker

I have reached level 1310 and the egg cracker icon is still not working . My husband can't remember when he first got his but he thought it was a long way back. Also he gets quests which I don't and his cropsy cleaner works.  So when do they start.

Hi Jude, apparently the quests are still in a testing phase, which is why he does and you don't. 

As regards the egg cracker, that one does not regenerate. The only way you can get one is by buying them. The same for the cleaner booster. Shovel, dog and +1 are the only ones you get free.

I got my egg cracker as a reward for completing a quest.
