Big worries about boosters

For a while I no longer fully receive my boosters rewards when I win for example the challenge of choo choo or other small games ... I removed and handed over my mobile farm heroes saga but still the same problem ... Help me ... Thanks

    Hello Barbara,

    Could you please let me know if your game is connected to Facebook/Kingdom and also if you play connected to wi-fi or using mobile data.
