Lost level progress

Hi

I have somehow been playing as a guest. I was at level 1454 or further but now I'm at 1408. I tried to update my phone but it didn't work. I lost at least 46 levels both on kingdom and facebook. Can someone help?

I´m sorry this happened to you in Farm Heroes Saga on your iPhone.

Please try the following and let me know how you´re getting on.

Open Farm Heroes Saga on your iPhone. Disconnect Farm Heroes Saga from your Facebook through the menu in Farm Heroes Saga.

Open the Facebook app on your iPhone. Disconnect your Facebook session and close the app.

Open Safari, the default browser on your iPhone, and disconnect from Facebook there too. Clear cache in Safari on your iPhone.

Check for updates for your iOS, the Farm Heroes Saga app and Facebook. Restart your iPhone.

Open your Facebook app and connect to your relevant Facebook account. Open Farm Heroes Saga and connect it to your Facebook.
