Payment issue

Hello, 

one week ago, Friday 4th, whilst I was playing, a pop up with a countdown to get the next booster appeared on my screen. Once I closed it with the X at the top, I received several boosters and a lot of gold, but I never made any payment, was not even any option "buy" and I wasn't pushed to enter the authentication code to proceed with the payment. Few minutes later I received an email for a payment of 1230 Czech Koruna (approximately 50 euro).

how should I proceed to get my refund?
