Progress on Farm Heroes Saga!...Have lost all progress on game and am starting over at level one!..I

Lost all progress on Farm Heroes Saga and am being place on Level 1 to start over after being in the high 690's!...I want to restore old settings without starting over!

Hi Burton1974. You need to make sure you are correctly logged in with the Facebook account you usually use. If playing on device, try disconnecting then reconnecting to see if that sorts it.
