You theft! Give me back my gold for Farm Heroes Saga!!!!

I was having 467 pieces of gold in my account, but they vanished within seconds 3 days ago! There were 467 of them, and how much were you charging, almost US$ 50?!  Give them back to me, you theft!  I wrote to you guys through the App a few times in the past few days, and you guys only gave me a standard response for beans, but I was not even asking about beans!  Also, what is happening with the special App event? One day I could play that, and could everybody's photo in the Past Royals corner but the other day, only the picture of the chicken head can be seen, and after I passed all 5 levels, you guys did not give me the gold.  What is going on??? Please get back to me asap and refund the gold or cash!!  It was 467 of them!
