I was on level 943 but now on level one. I've disconnected and reconnected several times but nothing's changed. What can I do??

    Keep trying with the original log on, sometimes it can take a little while for it to behave.

    You could try opening the Facebook app if you have that, scroll to the game under apps and click to launch it on your tablet.
