No connection more to avatar

DHi, I'm already asking you again for help. Because someone hacked my account unauthorized and I do not have access to my avatar anymore, I can not play because there is allegedly no connection to the server although the smartphone is constantly on the network. On the eve of losing my avatar, it was called keckmaus09, in the place of my avatar in the achieved level, a photo of a stranger in a white shirt appeared to me, after which I lost the final access to the game. I've been playing Farm Heros Saga for several years now and have already reached the level of 1871, and so I would not want to lose the game which I devoted not for the first year. Have you shared your iPhone with anybody else for playing games?

This can occur on iOS if you shared your device and when it remains connected to another account in the background.

I can see your account for Farm Heroes Saga on level 1871, but the last connection to your account is from almost a week ago; I therefor suspect that you are connected to another account on your iOS device.

Please try the following:

Open Farm Heroes Saga on your iPhone. Disconnect Farm Heroes Saga from Facebook through the menu in Farm Heroes Saga. 

Open the Facebook app on your iPhone. Disconnect your Facebook session and close the app.

Open Safari, the default browser on your iPhone, and disconnect from Facebook there too. Clear cache in Safari on your iPhone.

Check for updates for your iOS, the Farm Heroes Saga app and Facebook. Restart your iPhone.

Open your Facebook app and connect to your relevant Facebook account, related to your Gmail email address. Open Farm Heroes Saga and connect it to your Facebook.
