Why do I never recieve anything from friends?

Ive asked this same question 3 or more times and dont get any help. I have NEVER recieved anything from players. I constantly send them lives and help and Im dont get anything from them when I request help. No help with roadblockes so I wait for it to unlock. I cant play until my lives refill cause I recieve nothing from these people I always help.

Hi Donna, thank you for using King care. 

Are you using Facebook to play or the app version? I know Facebook has a lot of issues with lives and requests coming through but that is Facebooks problem not Kings

Try clearing cache and cookies if using a computer. 

If you're using a phone or tablet, Make sure you are logged into Facebook if that is how you play. Try reinstalling the game but you will lose any saved boosters or lives.  It might be a good idea to add a few more friends too if you're comfortable with that then you have more chance of lives etc coming through.

Same issues. I like the game but this is frustrating.

Are you playing through facebook @Shelly50 ? Its Facebooks side if so unfortunately
