l'évenement disparait constamment, un mois que ça durepour retrouver l'évenement, il faut désinstaller et réinstaller le jeu, or si on désinstalle pour réinstaller le jeu, on perd nos récompenses et nos quêtes

Hi Subhashini, thank you for posting on King care. 

Sometimes there are technical issues which can result in the games being pulled early if they have a lot of reports. 

The best thing to do is firstly to make sure you have plenty of memory.  2GB spare works best.

Disconnect from The Kingdom, or Facebook, however you usually log in. Disconnect from wifi.

Close the game completely. Restart your device. Reconnect to wifi.

Check your app store doesn't have any updates and then open your game again.

Log back in and if its just an issue with your device, that should make it reappear
