lost 4 Year’s of progress. Levels, coins booster beans. Ouch. Last year your care center restored nearly everything. Can you help? What can be done to prevent losing progress? Thanks

Hi Cathy, don't panic
How are you playing? Were you connected to the Kingdom or Facebook as either of those is the best and easiest way to go. If so, have a look at this link, it sounds like you just need to reconnect and you will get levels, beans and gold back. But not boosters sadly as they are saved to your ipad not the game itself. (Unless you bought them with gold and then they would show on your account)
