I play on my laptop. When I sign into Farm Heroes Saga it shows friends to send lives to, but my friends list is blank when I request lives. Been 2 days like that now.

Also in light of the recent fb storm, you haven’t turned permissions off have you? To readd them you would need to remove the app then readd it

You won’t lose levels even on phones or tablets but you would lose saved boosters... as long as you've previously connected to Facebook or the kingdom it would be restored when you reinstall and reconnect. But you are playing on a browser so it would remember. Have you tried gameroom if you have windows 10? Not sure about previous versions.

Thank you so much. Uninstalled and then reinstalled. It had said expired. Up and running again. Lost nothing and active friends are back up. Your awesome !! Thanks again for taking the time to help me out.

I've tried cleaning, still the same. I haven't changed anything. If I remove the app and reinstall, will I lose the levels I've completed. My husband has the same issues with his.Hi Lori, have you tried cleaning cache and cookies?

Bonjour, sur mon ordinateur je ne peux plus demander de vies ni demander de l'aide pour débloquer certaines niveaux. J'ai essayé plusieurs navigateur et rien n'y fait. Nous sommes 2 à jouer et à avoir le même problème. Comment faire ? Merci de votre aide.
