Asking about an old product

I stumbled across a cite called Magic Time apps that claims to be selling a discontinued game by a King’s games studio, Z2. The game is called Battle Nations and as they are charging €150,000 I became worried that if it was a scam, it wasn’t a harmless one.  The cite didn’t apear on any lists of reputable app sellers either, further causing my concern.

My question was whether they were actually selling your game legally or had previously purchased it from you?

Hi Elsa, thank you for responding. In the time since then I came to the same conclusion. I was largely curious if they would sell the rights to their game, since it is a discontinued product, but have no idea how I would go about finding that out, who to talk to, that sorta stuff.  There’s multiple groups trying to reprogram the game from scratch, and I figured if they could do that legally it would help.  Thank you again for responding though
