My game didnt run on my tablet (asus zen 8) so i tryid to reinstall the game , sadly i lost all the levels that i passed on the last year and half , inwas about on the 15xx (1500ish). Today my son helped me create a facebook sso i can track better.the levels but dont know why the google play account doesnt save the game :S can you help me please ? Thanks for your support !

Have a look at this article, if nothing works, there is a contact link towards the bottom. Make sure you choose gameplay/lost progress to get through to the correct department
