I lost all my levels and everything in farm heroes saga. The game came back at the beginning.

I was up to level 1018 and now is back to the first level. I have but to many coins to get to that level i want my levels and extras back. I also was charge for The downloads for candy crush saga, candy soda saga and farm heroes saga in my kindle fire. Amazon told me that I had to send you and E-Mail to get my money back. Please I want this issues taken care of.

Hi Martha,

Did you have the game connected online to either Facebook or Kingdom?

If yes, then all your levels are stored there and all you'll have to do is to make sure you are connected to the right account. Try disconnecting, reboot your Kindle, start the game and now re-connect the game. This should give you all your levels back.
