Hi my mum has almost all the king games you can think of and she is getting a new iPad soon and she has never connected to king of Facebook for her games before. If we were to connect to king or Facebook now would we loose all the progress

Yes she would lose her progress but have no fear because she can get them back. First she needs to set up a Kingdom account by following the steps on here: https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/how-to-create-and-sync-a-kingdom-account
Once the account is set up then complete this contact form: https://care.king.com/en/contact
They can go into the new account and manually add the progress.
