Why am i not receiving my coins and trophies still

After the country show is over, it shows my rewards but it doesn't calculate them at the top of my screen still. This has been happening over and over! There is a problem with you game and it needs to be fixed. I should have well over 500 coins added not even sure about my trophies i'm getting ready to uninstall this game. I pay to much money i shouldn't be to pass levels.

I have checked your player account and can see that the coins are available to you.
If you can't see them on your mobile device could indicate that your connection to FB is not working properly.
Try disconnecting from FB, reboot your mobile device, start the game and reconnect to FB.
