Not able to continue playing even though I have remaining moves

Why is it on some levels that I am unable to continue play when I pass that level even though I have remaining moves? For example on level 1056 I just passed the level with remaining moves but it will not allow me to continue playing in order to attain 2 or 3 stars.

    Hi TeeCeeGrams, I'm not sure why that is happening to your game. Let’s try some troubleshooting tips by following the steps on this link:  https://www.elsalanger.net/blog/troubleshooting-tips

    I would also like you to please check if you have the most recent version of the game.

    On Android, Go to Settings > application settings > manage application, then tap on the app.  It'll say the version you are running under the name.

    On Apple, Go to the App store > click on the game app, and it will say it under the name. 

    On Windows 10,  Go to the Settings > click on the game > click on Advanced settings, then you will see what version you have.

    Hi @TeeCeeGrams (and @Elsa ) 1056 is a Rancid level and I suspect that the others you are finding that happening on, are rancid levels too. They work slightly differently to the other levels, any remaining moves are added on to your final score, so the more moves you have left, the better. There is nothing wrong with your game though :)
