Everytime I earn a ticket, it puts me back at 1 of 5

Everytime I earn a ticket, it puts me back at 1 of 5.  I should have 4.  Just did it again.  I should have 5 now, but only 1.  I've emailed them, but they just sent this link.

    I am not sure if it is released to everyone yet or just a test. I have heard of others having issues though so I will pass it over to one of the community managers :)

    I’m having the same problem with the tickets! Im stuck at 3/5 i have made it to 5/5 then it will go straight back to 3/5.
    why?

    When it finally got to 5 of 5 it was a discount to buy rewards like the piggy bank.  Now it's back to not accumulating again.

    Wow lame... it said you Could trade in the ticket for prizes! not a discount on buying the stupid piggy bank
