Harvest Rush event has no gifts

I would like to play the Harvest Rush event but no gifts show up on my map. I emailed customer service twice and I haven’t received a response. I also deleted and downloaded app again, still no gifts show up and also I reconnected with FB and still nothing.

Hi @linds808 and welcome to our Community 😊 I notoced the same thing when I was playing today. I am not sure what is happening, maybe it's some kind of glitch. Let's ask together our Community Manager @MarkHawk if he knows more about this. Since it's holidays time you will not get answer immediately so please be a little patient. Thank you for posting. Hello @Linds808!  Welcome to the "New" KING Community

How to play "Harvest Rush" is --- we keep playing the regular levels and keep collecting the cropsies that was mentioned.  This time, it is "Carrots".  Whenever you collect some Carrots, that number will be added to your total collection.  And we will not receive any prize until the said time is over. 

This time, I think a bit long time is given -- about a week!  As of now, 3 more days (88+ hours) are left in the timer.  We only receive gift after that time for the contest is over and also if we are ONLY in the first 3 places.  Last time I came in the 3rd place for the "Green Apples" collection contest.  I think I have received a "Tractor Booster" & 1 or 2 hours of unlimited lives!

In the original question gifts were mentioned. I'm not sure that part is related to Harvest Rush. I don't think it needs "gifts" to play that. Gifts show up on the game track ahead of you for "Choo Choo's Challenge" which is different.
