KING LEVEL UP WITH FACEBOOK

I CREATED A NEW FACEBOOK ACCOUNT BUT I WANT TO UPDATE MY KING LEVEL OF PET RESCUE AND FARM HERO TO IT BUT ITS STARTING FROM LEVEL 1 ON FACEBOOK. IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET THRM ON THE SAME .LEVEL.? Eve

@passioneve you can get a community manager to help, but they will only start by asking what we do
Have you tried connecting the team as given in the link?

If you contact them, make sure you follow the exact instructions for which department and they will be able to sync progress with your new account

Hi @josyn could you edit your message and remove your email address for your own security pretty please. You don't want anyone sending emails to you that you have not asked for. Have you followed the steps above and gone to the link in the previous post?

I have been trying to get this done between taljita to someone here and personal emails.i just want it over with ..

Yeah I can imagine, the best way us via that link as we cannot access your personal account due to security. The levels team can access it all

So can they please get in my account and level it up it's only a game but it keeps my anxiety down when I'm on the m9mmomso I really would like to get it done I keep emailing back and forth I finally found out I needed to create the old Facebook in order to get oi done so I ended up with 3 but closed the other 2 with the hope this will get done soon . I even attached king levels to show how much I have been 💯 iny game. So please can support help me.
