How to find my progress ?need help

totally lost my progress just because I deleted my facebook rsuite I opened a new facebook how to regain my progress?

I am not sure you will be able to get your progress back on your new account, because you logged into to play your game(s) through that old Facebook account.  It will be possible if you have created a Kingdom account earlier and have synced the progress of the game! 

By any chance, do you have a Kingdom account?  If so, you can simply log in with that user name / email ID and continue playing   

Please respond by tapping on the "Type your Comment" box OR tagging me with @ and my name, just like how I wrote your name above

I am just adding to what @Pummy_Raj has said, if you started a new Facebook account you can contact the team here and they will be able to help you regain your progress

Make sure you fill it in exactly as it asks you to, to make sure you get to the right department. 

If you had made a Kingdom account and linked it to your old Facebook account, you wouldn't be able to unlink it I don't think. We would have to check on that as I cannot remember, but you should be able to get progress back this way anyway. 
Unless you deleted your Facebook account for a particular reason, did you realise most can be restored these days? Sometimes people deactivate them and think they are gone forever, but Facebook seem to make it harder to leave now :O

Now you have a new account, the team should be able to transfer you over if you can remember roughly where you are, but they will be able to advise you
