No boosters for winning levels

why am I not getting boosters for winning levels? They disappeared a week ago, came back for a few hours last night and gone again this morning.

Are you playing on Facebook/King.com or on a mobile device?

The boosters you win in the events are automatically added but the game is missing a popup message to indicate this. It was previously discussed in this thread: https://community.king.com/en/farm-heroes-saga/discussion/253058/winning-special-events-the-boosters-are-not-added-to-existing-boosters#latest

I get boosters when I play a level. But takes so many tries to pass these levels that it’s not even worth playing anymore. I pass the level, get my one booster and it’s gone again next level because I can’t pass it on the first go. (2680 level range).
