Next step is to update the game to make sure you have the latest version installed. Do a checkup on your app store and install any updates.
If the issue persists then you might have to re-install the game. Before doing so you'll need to make sure you have the game connected online in order to store your progress, highscores and gold bars. Please notice that boosters and messages with lives are stored locally on your device and will miss after a re-install.
