not getting any live or beans!!!!!

T IS ACTUALLY NONE OF THE ABOVE, I SEND OUT REQUEST AND NOONE GETS THEM, WHEN THE WINDOW COMES UP IT NO LONGER HAS NAMES TO CHOOSE IT JUST SAYS I THINK PLAYERS OR SOME OTHER WORD LIKE THAT, CAN'T REMEMBER RIGHT NOW, BUT I TRIED ANYWAY AND NO ONE GOT A REQUEST! MINE USED TO HAVE ALL MY FRIENDS NAMES AND I HAD NO PROBLEMS NOW THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR ABOUT 5 WEEKS NOW SENT IN REQUEST BEFORE AND GOT NO ANSWER CAN YOU FIX THIS?

I checked your game and our system shows that you get some Magic Beans from friends almost every day. So it's not totally stuck in the system.

Please note that if you already have full 5 Lives, all Lives that you get from friends are turned into Magic Beans.

To fix the issue with the message windows, try with reinstalling the game like this and see if that helps: 

Try with reinstalling the game:
-First, remove the game from Facebook:
https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications
-Clear the cache on your browser:
http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cache
-Close the browser and reinstall the game:
https://apps.facebook.com/farmheroes

If that doesn't help, could you post a screen shot of how it looks like so I can take a closer look at this?

I will try this, I know they are sending me lives/beans cause I sit here and watch my husband send them so maybe this might help both, will try!
