The game doesn't work on my mobile phone (Android) at all. What's wrong?

Level 1

It stopped working some time yesterday. I don't want to reinstall it because then I would lose all the boosters. Help! ID: 1002073636 (Works on the laptop)

    Same my game stopped yesterday I had no help from support they just directed me here. I have plenty of space  plz help

    Here also, after the game no longer wanted to start, I re-installed it.  Everything works again, but unfortunately I have lost around 80 boosters.  I hope they will come and that I have not lost them forever.

    This is not fair and I am very, very disappointed. I am sorry I've spent so much time to play a game who actually rubbed me.
