I can’t get level 1255 to load on IPad. I’ve rebooted a number of times, but everything seems to be stuck. How do I resolve this issue?

Can you let me know which device you're playing on and the game app version you have installed? Is there any pop up that is blocking the game that you can't X out?0 -

I’m on IPad 5 and the game app version is 5.20.5. There are no pop ups.0 -
I just updated to version 5.21.3 and rebooted but still have the same issue.
I am also playing the game on my Samsung phone without any issues and have aoreads passed level 1255.
Any ideas what the problem is and how I resolve it on my IPad?0
