With the changes, I lost the 28th day reward. My game is now taking 3 minutes to load. I have Window 10, 64 bit. I have 16G of RAM. For 3 days, I have had NO boosters, and the game is hardeer for me to read.
I am so sorry that this is happening to you. Loading the game should not take long on Windows 10. It only takes seconds for me.
Can you check and make sure that your Operating System is fully updated in the Settings? I would like to know if it is before we proceed with Uninstalling and Reinstalling the Candy Crush Saga App so that the issue does not re-occur after the process.

I assume that despite the pc you are using you are playing on Facebook, as that is the only part that is changing at this time. You can read more about it here:
I note that you are playing on windows 10, there is an app store version now so you can download it directly and bypass facebook completely if that is what you are using. If you are not using Facebook, please come back and let me know and I will see what I can find out for you. But if you are, please leave constructive feedback on the thread given.
