My computer started downloading the app version of farm heroes instead of the computer version. How do I get it to download the computer version instead? It will only download the computer version using internet explorer. Firefox, Chrome, and edge all download the app version.

I am sorry to hear about the change in your game!! I just checked all the browsers you have mentioned except Firefox and it is the same in all these browsers for me!!
Will it be possible for you post a screenshot from both versions, so that I can compare with mine?
Also please post your game user ID number. so that I can inform our Farm Heroes Community In-charge to look into it and update us with any info they have!! If you scroll down to the bottom of the screen, when the game is open, you will see "Find my ID" tab in Red fonts. If you click on it, you will be able to find your ID. It is the same on Chrome / Edge / Game Room

Actually guys, as Flash is starting to disappear, we need to start making our games compatible with HTML5 version. You can read more about this here.
There is nothing we can do or suggest for you to try to get back to the Flash version as this is on the Studio side. If you have any feedback on the new look, please comment here.
