Why did I suddenly lose all my magic beans?

Hello, I suddenly lost all my magic beans. Now the number is 0. I am pretty sure that earlier this week I had over 30.000. I am not sure about the exact number though. Can you figure out what happened? Thanks!

Player Support had a look at your game records and they can see you have 5250 Magic Beans available in your game. Can you try clearing the cache of your browser and see if that helps?

Thanks for the tip! I cleared out the cache but I still only have the 5250 magic beans I collected today. Any other suggestions?
